With Burton staying on at Panthers for 2021, does that give us any advantage in getting Laurie for next year?

Yea but its 50k in rooster dollars. That equates to 250k in normal dollars.

This is the post that started it all, so full of anticipation and excitement. What, Russell Packer, you're telling me we're a chance?

Ultimately we got 4 of them that were all dissappointments

SJ, Capewell and Widdop all ultimately dodged us and have at least gone better than the 4 we got

With the doggies pick ups so far they may not have enough cap space for JAC

Gonna be some pissed off outside backs at the Dogs if they get JAC for 2021 .. since they have signed Kyle Flanagan and Nick Cotric.

Wonder what Jayden Okunbor, Nick Meaney and Christian Crichton think and even what Dallin Watene-Zelezniak thinks .. time to look for a new club .. ??

Surely there is a limit on how many 3/4's you can have in your roster. Angus Crichton we need. Stephen Crichton is going to be a great centre, but not what we need right now. IMO $700K pa is too much for a centre.

Angus not Stephen I'd say. Otherwise its just manager speak. At that price you would want someone who could attack AND defend

If he is going to be that good then make an offer with great incentives

Not to many players can play centre ,fullback and goal kick Crichton can and will join another 2 Penrith players.A far better buy then JAC and with their salary cap pressure they will shite themselves.We need the speed.Easts ,pay big for exceptional players,Teddys never been on peanuts,Papas now worth a mint at storm,i would go even higher and i am a moderate thinker.

I still think there roster is not balanced at all.. A lot of money for backs alone and big $$$ at that. This will come back to bite them I recon as well as poaching all the Panthers guys when he said he wouldn't

I hope its the Tigers,what a backline,and in 22 still approx ,another 1.5 mll to buy a top forward and a 1/2 after clearing dead wood.
