For Naden this year give them Mikaele or tom amone not that I want to lose either of them but you need to offer a player someone will take

That is just plain stupid.
Amone will be our most effective hard running forward something we have never had.
Mikaele is starting to turn the corner, he is bending the line and running hard.
We don’t need Naden that badly especially if he is signed for next year.

MCK, Packer, Walters and a few others are surplus to our needs & should be front offering.

As far as the weakest forward of the pack so far it's between mikaele and tamou. Tamou's leadership is keeping him within the team atm but he really should be doing better work.

The team lifts when he comes on. I was surprised he only got 20 odd minutes, he must be unfit or it’s a deliberate ploy to get quality out of him

fair call that is the punt I don't think we can offer anyone to Penrith other than those two and wouldn't be keen to let Amone go.

I agree Townsend is pretty ordinary premiership winner yes but had a good team Brooks is a much better halfback than Townsend. Agree Hastings is better than Townsend, I am just disappointed we didn't hold off on Hastings to have a crack at Adam Reynolds

They don’t win Jack diddly squat , if Fifita didn’t dominate that grand final . Townsend was not key to that victory . Also the back 3 need to be up there , if we are giving praise for what got them there . Not hating or anything , just being honest .

He has more longevity than Adam Reynolds and is an outstanding character plus his already got a former combo with Holmes.

Gee relax buddy. first it’s a fact that Reynolds is going to the Sharks and Johnson to the Broncos, and now your saying the only fact is that Johnson is off contract and the sharks will sign Reynolds out of circumstance. I agree Townsend is pretty ordinary premiership winner yes but had a good team Brooks is a much better halfback than Townsend. Agree Hastings is better than Townsend, I am just disappointed we didn't hold off on Hastings to have a crack at Adam Reynolds

I think Reynolds leaving is garbage talk . The guy will get his 2 years and all the cap talk will go away because he will take “unders” , I’d say most teams already know this .

I heard on the Sunday from a connection at cronulla Reynolds was going there and I trust my contact there so pretty confident
I also from a mate who is in the know with Roosters and he had heard similar. In that instance I just put two and two together with my Roosters contact that maybe he had heard from Fitzgibbon or something but that was only told to me Monday. No idea who he had spoken to at Roosters it could literally have been the cleaner for all I know.
Now that sharks are losing Townsend and Johnson I think it is looking likely destination over Brisbane but I guess we will see how it plays out

I informed a friend of mine. He and his family have links to Illawarra footy. His first comment is why do some coaches believe they are the exception when others have failed (in relation to recruiting players who have a history)? This is the same gentleman who pointed out a young 16 year old Ryan Girdler as a future star. I listen when someone of that background makes comment.

What did Hastings actually do? No one has ever said. He also seems to have matured a lot after being exiled.

Blow up witb DCE and most of the other players in the team was the last thing I remember. He didn't seem to get along with many people wherever he went.

He was only 22 at the time and some young men do not mature as quickly as others. If ruffling the feathers of a few ego's is the worst he has done I think he is probably entitled some leeway. His price tag would be thing I am most concerned about. He is still relatively in proven here.
