Milford was a pretty flash fullback at Raiders. It went downhill when Broncos put him in the halves.

as a fullback Milford is not the worst if he was at 450k not a bad deal

He is a genuine superstar, playing out of postion at centre and killing it, geez I wish we went a lot harder to sign the kid, there were plenty saying he wasn't worth it, I was all for giving him Brooks kind of money

This could relate to Benji's performace with the rabbits. I got all starry eyed and lovey dovey watching him just enjoy his footy regardless of position, but they both have banging teams around them.

Hardly . It’s an indictment on the game , and shouldn’t be something that’s celebrated . Penrith are just perfectly geographically located , it’s not like they went into Nigeria and developed these kids from nothing . They are the district for which a vast majority of Polynesian expats live . Sure they found a way to maximise that , but come on !
I’m such an advocate for the draft , and I disagree completely that “we shouldn’t punish development teams”. There’s only a finite amount of districts and players who are playing the game , let alone genetically suitable to play the game .
Anyways just my opinion .

I'm a bit hot and cold with what you said there:

-All teams are "geographically located" and probably 99.9% were not sourced from nigeria, not that i care if i they were (why even mention something like this at all?)

-Could you expand on what you meant by polynesians (and i quote) "They are the district for which a vast majority of Polynesian expats live" - Very confused in re where you are trying to go here especially in re to Matt burton loving life in a decent team.

-Draft eh idm im an american sports fan as well works there, probably wont here for another 50 years but you gotta start somewhere.

It’s a bit chicken and the egg though is what I’m saying . It’s easy to harvest from fertile ground . And they have done a good job you’re right . But if they had the bulldogs district , how good would they go with all the skills and knowledge in the world . The talent had to be there first .
So my point is if all most of the talent is in 1 or 2 or 3 teams districts , then those teams are always going to have a monopoly on the game . Especially in a competitive market like Australia .
The AFL sorted this out years ago.

Penrith is also closest to the Central West where Staines (Parkes), Burton (Dubbo), Yeo (Dubbo) plus Martin - Riverina (Temora) originate from.
