Vaughn is an idiot despite what people do or don’t think about these rules they are the same for everyone, NRL player or not. He feels he’s more privileged than the rest of greater Sydney he got exactly what he deserved IMO,he could have put the whole competition in jeopardy. I’m all for having good players here and I’m happy to give players a second chance but this isn’t his first rodeo with a covid breach. A simple way to tidy up the whole TPA thing is to count ALL TPA's as part of the cap UNLESS the TPA is not aligned to a player's club (Meaning it follows the player wherever they go).

It would quickly separate legitimate TPA'S from cap rorting TPAs

TPA's are meant to be free from the club so can have any clauses the company and player agree to. I don't think it would be uncommon for a Brisbane based company to have a clause that would want the player in Brisbane. They company would lose the value of the TPA if the player is no longer in Brisbane, why would they want to sponsor a Sydney based player?

We have freedoms others can only dream of but we can't enjoy them until we've controlled the pandemic that's killed over 4 million people to date. Like it or not, the people abusing the rules are the ones causing the lockdowns to extend.

Wear a mask, get a vaccine, social distance and stay at home when required - it's not that hard. The quicker the naysayers realise this needs to be done the quicker we'll be done.

If the government come out and assured no more lock downs but we want everyone vaccinated I’d do it so the little end of town are no longer impacted.

But the government approach has been terrible trying to eradicate Covid with forcing lock downs on entire cities while protecting high end of town.

Look at the nrl for example how long can we continue to halt junior development. We need to learn to live with it.

We have freedoms others can only dream of but we can't enjoy them until we've controlled the pandemic that's killed over 4 million people to date. Like it or not, the people abusing the rules are the ones causing the lockdowns to extend.

Wear a mask, get a vaccine, social distance and stay at home when required - it's not that hard. The quicker the naysayers realise this needs to be done the quicker we'll be done.

If the government come out and assured no more lock downs but we want everyone vaccinated I’d do it so the little end of town are no longer impacted.

But the government approach has been terrible trying to eradicate Covid with forcing lock downs on entire cities while protecting high end of town.

Look at the nrl for example how long can we continue to halt junior development. We need to learn to live with it.

Does that mean you are not looking to get vaccinated to prevent transmission but complaining about lockdowns that are implemented when the virus starts to spread?

Since we've missed TPJ and likely Finucane, any ideas on who we are targeting? And the progress of talks for HSS or Sua?

I swear I get more and more pessimistic about our recruiting ability as time goes on. It's honestly ridiculous, though not surprising, how many players were are in the hunt for but miss out on.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of these blokes reply when posts like this come up, they give info when they have it.

We're not signing either of them. Both asking for money the WT are not willing to pay.
