Look, he's no Manu but there is no doubting he is already MUCH better than what we have.

Extremely highly rated junior and sharks were fuming they lost him to Melb from memory he had nearly every team after his signature, pretty sure he was the captain of the Australian Schoolboys team

Has all the talent in the world, but has a temper and his mates aren’t really the best role models let’s just say….. but overall as a person he’s a really good dude, if he’s serious about his career which I know he is I think he knows he’s on his last legs and will put the effort in

Curtis Scott would be the best option at centre, and is a low risk/ high reward signing… don’t understand why anyone would be against this signing from an on field perspective

Got my doubts over Gildart so a backup plan or some competion would be really helpful.

I think big Stef steam rolling him and knocking him out was more impactful than an misfired punch from Scott.

Walker is lucky to even be employed IMO.
He's done much worse than Curtis.

I think Scott is a massive upgrade on what we have both at the moment and under contract for next year.

As long as we have been smart enough to insert a get out of jail free card (behaviour clauses) in the contract that allows us to cut him if there are any indiscretions.

We are due for one to work out.
My concern is he is known as a defensive centre and I haven’t seen him as that since he left Melbourne.
We need footballers that can deliver consistent (good) performances and are internally driven to win football games.
His recent track record suggests to me he is only consistent in missing football due to off field matters.
Hopefully he can turn that around but for me when I think about where we are at we need to recruit people with a better mentality and application to the game to take us forward.

Agree... Add to the fact he knows he needs to perform or its back to a normal job or overseas.. We are due for some luck so fingers crossed we even get him 1st.
