You can call it a fluff article.....I prefer to call it as a professionals opinion of what he wants to deliver to the betterment of the club and the aspiring young NRL superstars to come from within the WTs...the man has a plan and a passion to make this club the great club it should be ...not the rabble it has been for over 10 years....

He has my support as long as he is coach of the great WTs...100 percent...and thats as a member not just a fan...

If you listen to the interview he didnt say he had a 4 yr plan. They asked about how recruitment works and like any club he said you have a list with players for the next 3 or 4 yrs and where you want to take it. You could say every single club has a 4yr plan and of course they do

BTW I stared a thread last week predicting the shape of our squad in 4 years time based on our young guys coming through and got told it was ridiculous thing to do and 4 years was too far away.
It's exactly what the club is doing, especially with our young crop, building the team around them - who will all only be 24-26yo in 4 years time
