Hopefully this doesn't upset the dieticians of the forum who were complaining earlier on ?

Who doesn't love a bit of dirty bird every now and then.

Surprised they only went halfway and didn't KFC.

Considering the Tigers are in Brisbane this looks like fake news

Not Henny Penny?

Henny Penny was massive round Newie during my childhood. Soooo good as well. Their crispy fillet burgers and pieces of chicken rivaled KFC. Can't say Red Rooster was all that popular though. Apart from the one at Edgeworth which my Uncle built I don't even recall ever seeing one in the region as a kid.

The Dogs sign another player that 12 clubs were looking at in Josh Stuckey from QLD cup... I know he is not a known player but hey its a player :thinking_face:
Meanwhile at the Tigers we can not even resign a player and announce it..
What's happening in our front office - We have quite a few players we need to re-sign but no announcement and if we let some of them get to Nov 1 than we are in big trouble.
The only signing news we have had from the club for a while is Mbye leaving.

The only thing I can think of is we are waiting on Sheens to arrive or want to hold off until season finishes so the morale doesn't get effected when we tap a few on the shoulder.

Why do people keep thinking we’re going to sign a centre with 5 years to go in their contract?

You're looking at things as if everything is black and white. Everything is a shade of grey.

There are too many coincidences here. He's obviously not happy. Will he get a release in the end? Who knows. If he does well he go to us or a glamour club? Who knows. But he's not happy and certainly appears to be doing what he can to get out.

If Lomax was as unhappy that is made out on here, the media would be all over it. Remember the Matterson stuff?

The fact that they have not heard about this suggests this is no different to the Cotric stuff.

If it's with lawyers then nothing can be discussed publicly. Confidentiality agreements etc.

That and the media love Hook for some reason. One of their darlings so he won't be criticised. The fact he took up his option so early is a glaring strategic move on his behalf.

That's my real concern - We are doing a great job getting this young ones but they don't announce it and we just hear it in the media.. Maybe they have cut down on staff with the Covid.. But until it is announced from them I won't get excited.
