The Dogs sign another player that 12 clubs were looking at in Josh Stuckey from QLD cup... I know he is not a known player but hey its a player :thinking_face:
Meanwhile at the Tigers we can not even resign a player and announce it..
What's happening in our front office - We have quite a few players we need to re-sign but no announcement and if we let some of them get to Nov 1 than we are in big trouble.
The only signing news we have had from the club for a while is Mbye leaving.

The only thing I can think of is we are waiting on Sheens to arrive or want to hold off until season finishes so the morale doesn't get effected when we tap a few on the shoulder.

They're certainly keeping the Josh Dugan signing under wraps.

@Demps's mate seems to know more about it.

Remember the expectations when we signed Blair from the Storm some years ago. Some had us favourites to win the comp on the back of his signing. Imagine the pressure Barrett will be under if his very expensively cobbled together team don't make top 4 or win next year!

Dogs top4? Haha funny. They won't even make top 8.

Laurie,Stefano,Blore, Simpkins,Simpkins are all good signings. Not sure what more you want in recruiting good young players.

No idea how they'll go but you're probably right. We have a solid core of good young guys and a few exceptional talents in Stefano and Daine. I do think we have a bright future.

Dogs will end up 10-12. Top 6 is a lock again next year and add Canberra back in there then there is only one spot for Al the rest to take. Titans and knight would be up there.

We need to sought out our centres and Brooks. I want Hastings as the halfback. Brooks would be a great utility player if he wants on so much coin.

Maybe but they do lack good outside backs regardless - they've been using Beale and Ramsey at centre this year

If I’m St George, I’m playing Suli in the forwards. Good for the occasional centre switch but don’t think he could do it for 25 games a year

I’ve seen zero to suggest he’s got the motor to play in the forwards. Not saying he can’t but his default position is lazy. I think he’d rather be the big man out in the backs.
