I am not sold on Hodgson although i have seen him produce the goods in the past however i would stick with Liddle for another year and maybe throw the sink at Brandon or Harry if he don’t work out , but i am sure Madge will work out what direction he wants to take us

Brandon Smith wont come to us and Grant eill go to redcliffe where his dad, uncle and brother all played

Can't remember any Grant's playing for Redcliffe .....maybe lower grades

Interesting post on the Raiders forum by a user claiming to have been saying Hodgson will be gone in 2022 for the last 6 months:

"unfortunately, I think it's pretty niave to think we're not tipping anything in, the dirty little secret of this situation is the club is as keen to move on as the player is.

He's not giving up money to move and the tigers wont be paying him what we do are. So freight will likely be paid.

People are forgetting that Hodgson had a massive blow up with Ricky Stuart this year. Critiques of Hodgsons game by Stuart ended up being repeated almost to the word by one of the fox guys. That’s why he didn’t want to be captain anymore because he lost trust in his coach. I’d be very suprised if Hodgson is a raider next year. With a clear head space I reckon he would be an amazing signing for us . Liddle had his chance this year and he was terrible.kept getting gassed, terrible service from dummy half. Hodgson would be a massive upgrade.
