Judging from this comment in the CEO email I would be surprised if we have any signings before the end of the year. Sounds like they don’t really have anyone in mind at present:

“At the present moment, Wests Tigers still have three spots free in its 2022 squad and will continue to operate with a disciplined and strategic approach to recruitment as we bring in players that will add value to the club — both on and off the field.”

In other words, “we got nothing, not even a 32 year old geriatric with bad knees. But let’s word it so it looks we’re the ones who decided to leave our roster incomplete”

Yep left standing on the dance floor when the lights come on looking for scraps

I have concerns about his behaviour issues, some of it is downright disgusting, but he was always a good kid when I worked with him.

I wouldn't think that at all.

I'd say they have lots of players in mind and in talks and they're working their way through negotiations.

What else do you expect him to say? That we hope to make some announcements in the coming weeks that will make our members extremely happy? That would create a storm

Definitely not, with the crap that has already been said in this thread, he played in a Rugby League team I coached.

I am very pleased (to date) we haven't ended up with a 32 year old hooker with bad knees. He's had a fine career at the Raiders and should end it at that club. Liddle is our hooker!

Nah...they both have bad attiudes which are high maintenance.Ive never seen May have a really good game tbh..weve got a truckload of halves atm and dont need another mediocre one
Scott has considerable baggage too,but he once was a decent NRL player...
were desperate for a centre,particularly at the season start,and if he is genuinely off the booze Id throw a 1 +1 yr club option at him in a heartbeat
