Paul Read talking a little about Luch’s contract. Basically just saying no chance now of getting the $ his manager was asking for.

No club is gonna offer him 700K he either takes the 500K Tigers have offered or he goes elsewhere and hopes someone will pay him more than we will if he’s lucky a club might go 600K but that’s all he will get and that’s if he gets lucky

Fox Sports reporting that despite losing Papali'i and Niukora and Hipgrave being forced to retire that Parra are not going to offer Matterson a new deal and want him gone after 2022. That would be all time hilarious

Matterson has lots to offer. Imo he's never been afraid to do the hard work on the field. I'd be glad to have him back next year now we have papali'i.

I'd be glad never to have that cat back.

Michelle Bishop on Sen made a good point last night saying whilst with the signing of Papali coincided with the arrival of Sheens negotiations had been going on for the last few months and his association with Maguire and the NZ team played a big part.
Also that the idea that Maguire is kn the nose with the players is way off the mark and when talk was around of him being sacked 3 seniors players let be known that if Madge went so would they.

Yeah, don’t think they’ll make the Top 30 but later in the year when second-tier players can play without exemptions I’d like to see it.

Lucy is worth about 400k in attack and a used hamburger wrapper in defence.If he learnt to tackle he would be worth a lot more than he is atm
