Considering the sources are very questionable, this is not a solid base.

Exactly bro. For a 1/4 of the cost. Can't risk his
heavy contract and no-one wanting him when
there is an open player market. Parra need him
now - really was a good opportunity to make the
move. I was critical at first but see the merit

Whether or not you think he's a better 13 is irrelevant to his position in the squad this season.

For the record, whilst I don't rate him as an out and out lock, I'm a fan of his and I certainly think his versatility makes him able to cover lock. I also think that playing big minutes in the middle last year saw him regularly found out in defence, particularly on lateral effort plays.

But again, where we think he should play is irrelevant to where he is viewed in the squad and subsequently why he's been moved on.

we don't but joffa isnt shooting the lights out this year though, Fulton probably looking at value for money on the cap. It is the one spot we do have some depth in and can take a punt

Benji doesn’t like him at lock.

I do understand your perspective though and I can see why it's frustrating. On character alone, I'm disappointed to see him leave.
