Benji believes. If the story is true. Thanks champion @gregjm87 - much appreciated.
Rinse. Dry. Repeat.Same spin many on the forum were pushing before Saturday.
Recruitment is obviously the main factor moving forward, but still think the assistant coaches are going to be super important to Benji’s success as head coach. Assuming Furner and Farah stay on, the fourth assistant needs to bring a lot. Maybe another older, steady head with past head coach experience and good track record of training structures. The KOE and JF coaches also key as they need to coach the same style and structures as first grade and help bring on the next generation.Great read about Benji taking charge in 24.![]()
Tigers set to parachute Marshall into head coaching role in 2024
While Tim Sheens will retain his title, the club has mapped out a plan for Marshall to assume the responsibilities of the head coach when the team returns for pre-season training in November.www.smh.com.au
6 & 7 for next yearInteresting Fafita and tino now free agents? Some clubs don’t muck around.
Last year 360 had him at 650K a season and The tele had him on 700K a season.Papers reporting he is free to talk to other clubs but the Dragons won't be paying any of his contract. We'd be looking at paying $800K for two years, as in $800K per year if you believe the Tele
Slowly it's coming to light. Where is the money going? Great point hsvjones. My Biggest gripe is that we have all this money and we are not using it. FFS every team needs a 7 and we need to get one even if we pay massive money. Don't see the point in having money in bank and other teams beating us.. We need some good news and hope it a signing this week.
Is this what happens when fans are excluded? So we were told 12 months ago Sheens was the saviour & after 6 months they already lost faith? This club is an utter shambles.
Exactly. Recruitment is Obviously the main factor. Who is in charge? Who pulls the strings?Recruitment is obviously the main factor moving forward, but still think the assistant coaches are going to be super important to Benji’s success as head coach. Assuming Furner and Farah stay on, the fourth assistant needs to bring a lot. Maybe another older, steady head with past head coach experience and good track record of training structures. So far he hasn't convinced anyone. I think the idea that Benji would be a drawcard has proven to be a myth.Listening to SEN today they spoke about the huge N Z support for Benji. Wondering if we could find some quality spine players there.
Dont write him off yet. Wait till Sheens goes.So far he hasn't convinced anyone. I think the idea that Benji would be a drawcard has proven to be a myth.
Again we will be looking at wizard of oz recruitment.
Signing those with no heart, no courage, no brain.
Not worth anywhere near that. Just pair him with Shuster and finish the job off…..Papers reporting he is free to talk to other clubs but the Dragons won't be paying any of his contract. We'd be looking at paying $800K for two years, as in $800K per year if you believe the Tele
Re-signing Staines & Laurie covers FB, wing & 5/8.i dont disagree with your assessments of what we need but who solves the problems (aside from Fainus taking 2 spots)? and how do we convince them to come here?
Papers reporting rain tomorrow also. Paper reporting all the best things in life. Not worth anywhere near that. Just pair him with Shuster and finish the job off…..
