The difference between Twal‘s best game and worst game is minimal. You tend to get a very consistent performance week in and week out. So that is a good reason to keep him, but his contract value has to reflect his value to the team. Full marks to the club if in fact they are being up front with him and giving him an opportunity to earn more than they are willing to pay him.
