Managers get a percentage (usually 7%) per year of the deal. That percentage increases significantly for any endorsements. Some managers will pay there own talent scouts 3% out of the 7% per year of the contract. Not all managers do this though. In most cases managers will only charge the 7% when the contract value is over 50k per year.

Just in primary school in the 70s..
..but the footy was good and just seemed you could talk to anyone about anything back then....

Very cool genuine times.......great music.

Brett Kenny and Steve Ella use to interchange between Centre and Five Eight for the Eels

Brad Fittler played centre for Penrith until Steve Carter retired and then he moved to Five Eight

Maybe one of the younger players we bought to play Five Eight gets a start at Centre???

Also Luke Lewis went from a quality winger to a quality Second Rower. I wished we had signed him ahead of the Sharks. One of my favourite players

When Luke Brooks debuted and played that great game that resulted in a decade as our halfback, one of the big reasons he had so much room and time is because Benji was in the centres that game and was drawing defenders out to him.

Only ever happened a handful of times in his entire stay with us.
 
DT pod all over the place with luai. Went from saying to we will have a play then said we got enough young halves and will not. Then referenced fulton/marshall and question whether both will be at the club.

How does he do nothing for most of the year, And then turn out like he did against the Cows and give the current Origin and Test centre an absolute bath - The next few games, Can barely catch the ball?

Even in our better years, We'd still get done by 50 against a bottom feeding team....

It’s not that difficult to understand when you come to the conclusion that people generally are more highly motivated to do things for others that they may not do for themselves. Money doesn’t buy that level of motivation. It needs to be introduced and encouraged by leaders. We’ll be winning when everyone is drinking the kool aid.
