Lomax is too expensive and has a questionable attitude. We've splurged on Luai and can't afford to do it with too many given Galvin will need a big upgrade soon along with others.

Good point. I suspect the period in which we could be in for basically every marquee option are already gone and we're going to have to be pretty selective about who to target. Utoikamanu is another one who will be needing big coin, potentially as soon as when (if!) we drop out of the finals race this year. Doueihi is the only significant contract coming off the books at the end of this season and his money could easily be swallowed up by Galvin alone.

I think we would be rank outsiders as I don’t think we are interested. That is not based on any reliable info rather I don’t think his contract value matches his output. I'm just stating my opinion that I'm not a fan of luai, don't like the bloke ,not convinced he'll be a good signing he's won 3 comps most likely 4 by the time he comes here and take our retirement fund, as usual you can't have an opinion on here without personal attacks, would love to meet some of these keyboard cowards up here in taree

As we knew when luai was signed, it was very dumb to sign him for 5 years from 2025.... 3 sure. A lot can change in 12 months....
