When I seen that again, I said to him “you did it” in reference to him littering on every thread, and he thought I was commenting on his last post and said thanks. 😎

Wiz not to be disrespectful to anyone, find a big call to make that statement. Believing that you may know how a complete stranger feels? Escpeially when most ppl today are not even sure how they themselves know of feel most of the time.

I have that feeling to an extent. It gives the club some flexibility in any case...as long as the breach notices are above board and not seen as an avenue to unjustly free up top 30 spots. Shows the players they aren't mucking around. Would love to know who the 5 players were. I can imagine there are a number of them who know they're not in the clubs future plans and this can demotivate.

In all honesty and to be blunt we are carrying a lot of dead wood into 2025 compared to the top performing teams. Yet we want what they have? I actually hope they use this as a tool to free up some dead wood. Would rather see success and victory on the weekends, than at a bunch of nice guy dead wood losers. Those that don’t just love handing out Participation Awards.

I didn’t say you spoke BS, and as I’ve said many times before when you’ve been hacked on for littering, the forum is here for us all to post freely and you feel it plenty of times. But you must also be able to handle a little dig every now and then if you are going to litter. So enjoy yourself X and post away.
My point of view on life is to enjoy it for as long as possible, I hope you do too.

Fitness: Benji doesn't seem to push the team fitness wise. We see Edwards and most of penrith incredibly physically fit, have trained hard and are at full physical prime. Wests Tigers clearly haven't pushed our squad in the physical fitness.

That said I am glad to see 5 players warned by us that their fitness isn't up to standard.

Also there is a level of focus and pressure. I know several polyensian athletes and they Zone out, not in. Knowing when to apply tension and pressure to bring the best.... I suspect it's a very different need for a Forward/front row vs a center or back.
^Ofcourse we still need to up our fitness in spades.

Bula - one of the most junior players is now spraying people? I will give full credit to Galvin because he shows that leadership quality. Bula, less so. No not knocking Bula but it's rough to get your 2 year old Rookie to go bossing Olam, Naden and Staines.

I honestly don't think any of our coaches or assistants have really gotten defense right since Sironen.

There’s 2 types of people when it comes to hard work . Those who need a whip cracked over thier knuckles , and those who crack a whip over their knuckles .
I feel like for too long , we have put a very low emphasis on the latter as a virtue we hold important . And in the modern game of 6 agains , and really technical tackling strategies , being the best athlete on the field is hugely important .
The guys need to find something , and learn to love the pain .Because it is torture . It really is . Most have at most a 5 year nrl career and maybe another 3 for widnes or huddersfield. So by the time they’re 29 most will be working for thier uncles demo company or , learning a trade . Or if they lack morality , spend a week learning how to be real estate agent .
It’s not long . Wouldn’t you rather be an eisenhuth type who managed to push his career into his thirties when most thought he’d be done by 25 , then be another guy, who liked the beers and nose beers , and maybe didn’t waste thier talent , but definitely didn’t drain every last drop of it .
That has to be the message to.

When I wasn't sleeping regularly and would be up at 3am, I'd make a cuppa tea and log in to the forum and see that... Either ahx or merlot...nek minmit zzz... I'd wake up 3 hours later and my tea was cold

I feel the Xmas spirit in you brother. And I invite anyone to dig on me. All of you. Im also am an excavator of truth. I dig too. I dig life. Life is short. And Wests Tigers is not the answer to life. However it is a gateway. And I respect every one here. When I come on this forum. I have a another life. As do you all. I dont believe you are getting paid to post. Investing your time here. But when I do come here on this forum I will not dis respect anyone rather call you out on your bullshit. And please call me out on mine. Just at the end of the day the Tommy Raudonikis and Neil Pringle days are not for nothing.
 
Ok just catching up. Is really evident that we have here a large number of successful players online all of whom know about winning the NRL. Well done to those of you. A pa on the back and a participation award is well deserved. As for the coaches we have on here even higher standards. Can’t believe what I am reading at times. Ant believe that some of you are not employed at NRL coaches. Something I would to share.. b
My son play U18 Football NPL.the club basically made of 5 age groups. 4 coaches. All 4 coaches are present and coaching every team on game day. Coaching takes a team. A good team it the club wants to achieve success. We talk a lot about Benji and his performance in th least 12 months. My question is…is it him or his team that has been underperforming? Hec I think he has had a shit coaching team thus far, not to mention the actual players. I would even bet my left testicle that I could coach Penrith and make semi-finals in 2025 easily. But does that make me a good coach? Don’t think so. First you need the cattle then you need to know how to get the best out of the cattle and know what strategies need to be employed at the different stages of the game. Well I am truly happy that we are working on the cattle. Just about 15 players short of a hot 30 high performing squad. Coaching staff ie. coaching team, do they have what it takes, do they have the vision and technical / tactical know how to be able to make the changes needed when required, depending on the situation. TBH I don’t know. Time will tell. If success is not forthcoming what changes are needed? And who has the gonads to make those tough calls. If attack is crap then. Same changes, if defense is weak make changes. Could mean players and or coaching staff. Last 12 months has been both!

If Griffen can get them to top 4 , then I think you’re onto something . There’s been a few players recently come out and absolutely crucify him as a coach .
