Because Moses is known for being ruthless and the best at getting the most money for his clients
I feel he makes a mess of clubs, though. All good to get your player the best deal, but clubs at the pointy end of the table have well balanced rosters.

Would be interesting to have a bit of a timeline of which clubs Isaac has sunk his teeth deep into through managing the coach or controlling a high percentage of the players and see whether any of those teams ever got close to a premiership.

Honestly, I would be happy to see Bula leave. He’s in the bottom third of fullbacks currently and is on $700k+. He just lacks that desire to be involved. It’s a shame O Large left (he didn’t want to play fullback anyway) and Mikey Nasser also left. I believe either would have been gun fullback replacements in time.

If the nrl can figure out a way to bring him down a peg or 2 , he is going to get the Scott Boras treatment . There will be a lot of clubs with a grudge .
For those who don’t know Scott Boras is a MLB agent , who is the won who got most of those 300mil 10 year deals from about 10 years ago . Where nearly all of them had an old man in year 9 of that contract riding the bench for his club . He was notorious for being a shark and ruthless like Isaac Moses .
Now clubs freeze him out , and many won’t even negotiate with him . He’s had to eat a lot of humble pie in the last couple of years .

Mbye,.Packer 4 year deals.

Nofo 4 year deal over paid.

C'mon..Lee and Pascoe couldn't run a profitable brothel with the Victorian secret girls.

Lee trying to get on the media all the time was one of the biggest blights this club has

yeah no kidding …you could probably list 50 more things ,, I’m not saying they didn’t make a lot of dumb calls…..and no one was more critical of them then me when they were here

But - long In the past now and what happens moving forward got nothing to do with them anymore ,,,,gotta stop using them as an excuse

Have no idea but how do people do that to themselves?
They had a Japanese homestay girl who requested a change once she realised how they ate.
As I said I had it once in twelve years. Unfortunately that was recently after a motorcycle swap meet in Port. Had the McValue Swill. My God it was awful.
Port Macquarie ( Service Centre) Macca's is one of the worst in the country for food quality & service. Goulburn comes in a close 2nd though it is always the dirtiest. The bins are always over ful, there's rubbish everywhere both inside and around the carpark even blowing down the road when it's windy.

This isn’t singling you out. But what thread are we in?

I’m losing touch in here.

How do we all as a collective, keep getting so far from base.

Why do players sign with Moses? Do they or their families not do their research? Seriously does anyone know why a player would choose his agency over the many others?
Moses actually extracts the optimal short term financial deal,but...places no value on aftergame retirement, camaraderie and fit with fellow players and culture, and long term consequences
See A Woods!
Moses maximises his own welfare rather than the players

Mmmm yes.

I refuse to go to the Kingsford Maccas. I feel like I’m in China with all the asians lining up in their grey t shirts, black polyester shorts and slide in flip flops. Plus they just loiter without actually using any common sense.

On that, is it just me that finds it funny when you hear of players with Asian names? Like Chee Kam, Wong and Kan Tong (or whatever his name is at Manly).

Makes me think they play like Jeremy Lin in the NBA. Refer below.

Got the replacement already, Bevan French

Still running around…
Former Super League and NRL player Daniel Vidot has earned himself a shock international call up. Vidot is set to make his debut for the United States in Wednesday's opening Test against South Africa in Pretoria. Vidot played 10 matches for the Salford Red Devils before moving to the NRL and playing 114 matches across the Raiders, Dragons, Broncos and Titans. Daniel also played 10 tests for Samoa. He was selected for the Hawks after playing for DC Cavalry in the USARL's north-east Rugby League United conference.

I thought he was rock and roll wrestling?

how much longer can we blame Lee and Pascoe ?

What a convenient scape goat they still are…. Time to cut that one loose
They did irreparable damage to the Wests Tigers brand. We’re still feeling it now with the media games and the only way to fix it is to start winning.

When someone runs a club for that long the stink lingers.

Disagree. He should have won rookie of the year in a bad football side. His stats point to good involvement levels and in a better team he should get more opportunities for those highlight plays we know he can do. As a developmental club you have to stick with proven talent.

The deal he did was in his favour obviously because the muppets signed off on it.
