The Staines status is baffling, if we could get a F injury update from the club things will be clearer, why do they drag the chain with these updates it needs to improve in this area.

Where is Staines? Maybe he is off and Taylan takes his spot?

Even more bizarre when he’s already been dropped from the 17 a couple games in!!

We’ve been that talent baron in recent years we’ve blurred the lines between top 17, reserve grade and depth players…

We’d have to have a dozen top 30 spots taken by ordinary or below players already - crazy!!
 
The more I think about our recruitment plans and what is or may become available, the more I think our war chest will predominantly be saved for contract upgrades for Galvin, TDS, Skelton & extension for Api.

We'll continue to be patient and very selective with external signings to see what falls from the tree.

And given previous rumours and their standings at their current clubs, I would not be surprised at all to see Harrison Hassett and Blake Lawrie in our colours next year unless Richo catches others from the tree.
 
As I said in a previous post, from a source I have who seems to have very strong info, Taylan is not coming. Without going into full specifics but to give enough to give info, agreements were in place to follow a process to decide if he was going to be signed. That process took place, didn't go well, and club wanted to keep Terrell focused on football rather than his brother and any possible issues, so walked away which they had the right to do.

Things may change, but my source basically said from what they know, it is not happening.

What was the “process “ you are referring to ? Doesn’t seem a very lengthy one for a guy that hasn’t played in a while
