Last year, I recall Bronco's stating they would need to let players go for next year, And Cobbo looked like being one of players going, Then when Mam got himself into trouble and the hunt rumours started it looked like Cobbo & Mam would both go.
BUT THEY KEPT THEM ALL.
Hate to put Bronco's top 17 and Our top 17 alongside each other and attach estimated values of those players, think there might be big big differences.

Like I said, it's interesting that Ponga said no, maybe because he'd agreed to something else. DCE appears to have taken the best option. Maybe Galvin does the same.

Could be why Benji mentioned Latu as too good for reggies and needed to find a spot for him. I think we will keep plugging away at Galvin until nov 1 then our focus will shift to Latu.

And I don't think my halfback mate is full of shit. He told me something I thought might be of interest to this forum. Something I probably should have kept to myself.
I hear loads of stuff that I no longer bother to post in here because there's always someone, in something titled rumours and suggestions, that is always ready to denigrate anything posted in good faith.
I'll leave it up to you to know everything in future.

Unfortunately, the nature of the forum judgement is if you are right you are god like, wrong or unproven and you cop scorn, if there was no rumours in this thread it would be very boring.
Well that just shows that the club did the right thing in seemingly passing on him through the agreement they made with him. Did the right leg work before offering the contract, and avoided a lot of pain in the long run not just with him, but the hassle and distraction that it would have caused Terrell as well. Taylan wrecked it for himself.
Like when the Roosters explained they were able to sign Spencer Leniu because JWH was retiring. And a few months later JWH announces he’s going around for one more year….

Cheers mate, I like your contributions and yes he may not have signed a NRL contract, but there is every possibility he has entered into a verbal agreement. Although in the context of the NRL it would not be legally binding, it still would give a very clear indication of his intentions.
When a jurno said last week that the Chooks were not interested as they do not want to deal with Moses, was a sign that they were up to their usual stuff of plundering the weaker clubs
