Ready is the strange one, last year Buzz was hammering him because of his close relationship to Richardson. Now he's all onboard the Isaac Moses train, though I'm sure he and Isaac are mates, I wonder if since last year he had a falling out with Richo. I liked Ready, I thought he was objective. But on this it's all been the Moses hype train. Wonder what happened.

The clubs got time to convince a few if they want to stay, to start looking for new representation. After all the actions of their current manager are having a detrimental affect on the club and team they're playing for and as a result in their current opportunities for success and his actions for one client are at the detriment to the rest of his clients at the club and in the first team. Time to blacklist Cove Agency.

This is brilliant, takes away the bullying narrative and screws Mises and Parramatta over. If Galvin refuses the trade till the contract ends its pretty much a death sentence to the bullying allegations.

Yes I believe he only just re-signed with us, including moving into the top 30 in 2027.
He was a beast playing Harold Matthews in 2024, but I don’t think he’s handled the step up in age groups all that well so far this season.
He has good aggression and leg speed in his gane, but I doubt he would weigh 90kgs just yet, so is struggling with his lack of size.
If he is to progress to NRL he would need to be extremely fit and become a high energy, fast and aggressive style of back rower ala Briton Nikora.

Everyone has wraps on him Vicious, I know your into the lower grades and things, is he that good.

Last year he was very close to the Wests Magpies best player in Harold Matthews with his extra speed and aggression for a forward, but being very much a lightweight forward, he will need to work extremely hard to become a genuine NRL prospect.
I believe there is definately a place for lightweight edge back rowers, but they have to be fast, extremely aggressive and play with extreme high energy to overcome their lack of size.
We are seeing a few of them such as Briton Nikora, Dylan Lucas, Hudson Young, Dylan Egan, Tallis Duncan etc all showing how it’s done.

Turuva’s was on his private chat group. Luia is on record saying his post was in solidarity and support of the coach. As are the senior players who also waded in to show support of Benji when his coaching ability was questioned by Moses’ camp.

I agree. I reckon they highlighted Galvin as a target the minute they realised the gap of not having Gutherson around.
If anything the two are very similar players, just playing in different positions notably because Gutho is a bit quicker and more defense minded.
Both have a game built off incredible fitness allowing them to play the whole field.
But if you watch Gutherson play previously before for parramatta and even what he has added to the St George side you can see how much of influence he has on a squad vocally. Parramatta need that back.

Good point. We should extend it out to a 4 team trade involving Thompson to the Dogs and get someone from the dogs, maybe Joseph O’Neil or a Tiatus Clay from their team below to fill our halves void.
 
Had a thought which I posted in another thread, should we consider released Galvin if the other club agreed to take Bud on full freight for the final 2 years of his contract (approx $500k pa)? Possibly a player coming to us as well.

Or we pay half of buds wage and keep Galvin as our backup. He’s only on 350k ish top in buds money at it would be like we are paying Galvin 500-600k. I’d be happy with that.

People seem to be forgetting that players need to agreed to move clubs. It’s not like the NBA or NFL where players get traded and have no choice.

Why would Bud go along with that, he would just be a back up wherever he went with Galvin?
