as a balmain football club member at the time I remember a meeting called for members to attend with Fitzgerald there and Chalk and the Parramatta Tigers merchandise was on the table

How do you think that would affect us regarding players signing cause of benji. I'm.not disagreeing with you I think regardless of the club or sport 4yrs without improvement on the ladder who be a no brainer I'm just not sure what the fallout would be Mr Sheens.

Who knows, though I would expect some introspection amongst those individuals as well, where they would have to balance/apportion the blame/reasons for the club collecting another spoon with them in its roster.

Either way, the club cannot come out and say that the rebuild is a year ahead of schedule, come last again and keep the coach. For the record, despite my increasing doubt, I haven’t given up on Benji and hopefully Sunday's match puts it to bed.

I think there was a 3 club merger proposed between Cronulla, Eels and Balmain and even the Bulldogs.

I’m not clicking on that rubbish as I am sceptical giant mastheads have brain cells.
But, Good. It’s a ridiculous, unsustainable decision. To allow a team into the pinnacle competition that requires so much assistance is detrimental to long term success.
And how/why are the Oz tax payers paying for this nonsense? Are we paying for the warriors too? No doubt Melb are cheating some tax $ somehow but at least they’re Ozy.
Oh that’s right it was an Albo Gov decision, so he could hide a $600m dollar bribe to the latest local PNG politician in power, not to take a $599m bribe from China.
I like the way they did it with the Dolphins, current strong second tier club promoted in to the big league with a little help, local political bribes only, (keeps the $ in the land of Oz).

Walker certainly puts his body on the line more than Adam ever does, although Adam would have a 4 or 5 year (guessing) age advantage over Walker.
