Mark Geyers son.

Good depth. Gets a run at Panthers from time to time when Liam Martin/Garner are injured.

He's alright, but hasn't really had a genuine shot at NRL to judge.

That's my thoughts exactly.
I know he's had his debut, but it didn't stand out.

1 Year deal, see what he can do.
Seems like a player that could play backrow and centre.

Seems Seyfarths days in the back row is over, thank god. Geyer a very big upgrade on tumeth for instance.

Hopefully Sukkr and Geyer the two back row in NSW Cup who can cover first grade in case of injury. Fingers crossed they stick to one side so they can really hone that respective position when/if called upon.

Cup team will be much stronger next year. If Sukkar is getting game time, so will Geyer at stages.

No real complaints but i hope he has far better anger management than his old man did,at the very least he will give us an upgrade on Tumeth and greater depth even if he dosent crack FG.

Don’t mind this signing. Not a world beater but on the fringe of a very good first grade team stacked with depth, is young and good size with decent leg speed. Hope he brings that Penrith defence mentality, could turn out to be good.

If we lose Doueihi which is looking highly likely, that’s the only logical way we can try and make our halves work.
It’s very hard to be confident that will work as Luai has looked like a fish out of water when playing 7 for us this season and looked much more confident and at ease when moved back to 6.

I would think it's highly unlikely he leaves. He's basically got what he asked for, very unlikely he leaves the club. He also owes us a few good years after earning millions to play Xbox.

Good times. I'm up in the Hunter so the travelling was ridiculous the rugby comp was spread between Newcastle, Nelson Bay and Singleton,, the league from Belmont to Nelson Bay and up to Scone not unusual to go through a tank of petrol on a Saturday. Met some great people though and young blokes had a ball so it was well worth it. Ironically not one major injury for either one but after the youngest gave it away he took up snowboarding travelling to Canada and in his 2nd season did his medial and ACL crashing into a guard rail so a total knee reconstruction a week after he signed up to play rugby in Banff.

Demps I also think Richo is building a nice pile of money for 1 or 2 good signings that pop out of the tree later in the year.

He does not overpay for players it seems so very happy to trust him.

When you consider what is available and how it’s likely we haven’t paid overs for any of them, they aren’t bad signings mostly for depth & cap management, apart from KPP who is a genuine first grader. Let’s hope for a couple more established first graders and some news around who we are moving on (hopefully Bird and some others). I reckon Richo will be keeping some coin up his sleeve to see who falls out of the tree like Terrell May did last off season.

Looks like he's scored more tries last year than Sukkar has in his life. A big body with some athleticism by the looks, a solid squaddie.

My memory ain't what it was but I think his old man played out of WA. Maybe that's the plan for 2027 and beyond.
