IMO this would allow game management to rotate the props and backrowers for shorter minutes but at max. output. I do think our bench will be much stronger in 2026.

We cant seriously be considering madden playing FG. Back up at best or we havent learnt a thing. Hes at best a solid 2nd grade half and cant be a regular starter or its bottom 4 at best

Sign Keone and push Terrell to 13, lose mobility but he is a worker?
My preference would be to sign Ray Stone if he can get out of his last year at dolphins..
There are options which more savvy operators would / should be considering.
Happy to wait to see what unfolds as the glaringly obvious weaknesses in our squad have been addressed previously by BM and SR.

i will bite . Madden is my 1st choice at 1/2 back to kick the year off,the way things seem to be at the moment

I know Rock it hasnt turned out but this time last year i was reading how finally we had bought a million dollar player to lead us around at 7 after many years of having brooks trying to fill the role, now 12 months later we are talking abt improvements and us making the 8 and theres talk of Madden. I really hope it doesnt happen. he offered nothing last time he was here done nothing since.

what it screams is members have a right to show there disappointment or as you say negativity. At the end of the day we had 3 wooden spoons on the trot and considering our signings we are still in the bottom four and thats not good enough . We have spent more than a decade playing some shit football.

To be fair it would of been a task to break into that bronco's team with all the options they had on hand

Bit older now could this improve his play just have to wait and see.
As for our million dollar player it was always going to be a task to come and improve from our low base, think he can lead from 6 but someone else has to organise from 7 be that Doueihi/Latu/Madden or some young smokey coming through.

That's where this team's status is at the moment from a halves perspective.

Look, I get that you don't agree with AD at 13. But I haven't heard any reasoning from you apart from he played two good games at 7 last season.

I'm happy to debate the subject - but resorting to petty name calling is childish.

You realise Gardiner can't recruit, right? He has what he has. Yes, he put his senior playmaker in the 7 Jersey. What else is he supposed to do?

I think there's a very slim chance that Luai ever plays 7 again for us.

Galvin is very much the opposite of Luai...

Luai knows when to go quiet and hang back. Galvin makes himself the center of attention and is used to being able to physically punch through.

GI was one of the best at knowing how to do this. Yes some games he dominated, but he could wait for the right moment and pounce. Munster was trained at Melbourne to read the play, play your part and know when to pounce... All Centers and 5/8's not halfbacks.
