Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Do you go to concerts or pub gigs around town ? As my kids get older and more independent, I’ve started to get itchy feet about the idea of going out again … but home in bed by 12 .. not 12 the next day lol
Mate I was buggered by 2am the last time I got out... I listen to electronic music, parties are in pubs/clubs

When was that, 3 years ago? Think it’s a wasted T&T spot for an injury prone player who was never crash hot and hasn’t played in 3 years.

Would have preferred other guys who were available like Tui’tupou, Jake Tago, Haze Dunster, Smith-Sheilds, Tony Francis and some others from Super League over Herbert on a T&T, but I guess that’s all we were left with.
All our signings so far have that "dirt cheap" feel to them.

i.e. were stacking up our cap for top shelf talent (I am hoping).

Ryan Papp's wouldn't be a bad option. (pro's and con's, but not bad. Especially if we loose Bula).

Competition for spots is great. If
toa is serious he need to be the first 8 rounds Star not the injured turnstile. It won’t be acceptable this year. Herbert is a T&T nothing to lose…didn’t say he is a world beater. Will go good in cup and who knows, hopefully he buys into the culture and trains hard. Boys look fit in the preseason photos.
Apparently they are training the house down..

I would go after Dylan Edwards Yeo Corey Jensen Curran Tapine

Players at the back end of there career that have been loyal to there clubs and the club's mite return a favour and let them go for a golden handshake

Bears need a few quality hard heads that Bennett got to the dolphins
Some of this hasn't worked well for us. Not just Josh Reynolds/Packer... But the Jet and BJ too...

Particularly with Benji as a rookie coach, I would be ok with picking up a solid end of contract player. But I want to pick up someone who won't argue with the coach and go along.

Benji is aiming for Speed, so older players don't make the best sense in this case.
