Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Extending a 29 year old old who has two years left on his contact isn’t smart business either
If I was Twal manager I would have said to the Tigers he's on 400K for 26 and 27 I want to renegotiate for a four year contract

Give us $350K in 26 and 27 and for 28 and 29 give us 300K a season that would take Twal through to his 32 years old and any problems with head knocks he will get a medical retirement

We chose Api over TDS.knowing the consequences
Having said that,Api faded badly at the end of the season
More options we have in this key position the better

Get the team going in the right direction on the park more often than not (Toward the opponents Goal line) - Api won't fade so much.

No Hooker lasts real long in a game when all they're doing is tackling
Not even the good ones.

If memory serves me right his current contract is alot more than 400,000 a year.

What ever you may think of the Laundy's, one thing they are is very astute when it comes to investing their money.

They ain't stupid, but I'll tell you who is stupid and that is us for not getting old man Arthur who was a long time Tigers supporter on board a very long time ago.
Absolute ripping bloke is Arthur. We were at The Marsden (1 of his pubs)1 night for a family dinner and he was walking around collecting glasses. My son and I were talking footy when he came to our table and he joined in the conversation and told us how his Dad used to own a pub in Balmain and how the players would come to his dads pub, that’s when he decided that the Tigers were his team. We told him we were Tigers fans and he told us the story about the board meeting he was invited to and how shit he was treated by 1 board member. He was prepared to invest until that time.

His accomplishments speak volumes. While he might not be well-liked in these circles, let's consider some undeniable facts:
- Who led us to the championship? 🐅💪
- Who won the championship with the Canberra (multiple times 🤔🤔)?
- Who was instrumental in establishing the Cowboys?

Even Bellamy, ran away from the WT! Not to mention this forum's holy cow, the GusDog!
