Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Club seems keen now to retain players who are on contracts at their proper value, hence the likes of Luai ($1.2M), To'a ($450K), Hunt ($500K) & Seyfarth ($450K) all reportedly shopped recently. Our contracts in brackets to what I believe is close to what they are on.

I might live to regret saying this but i'd honestly retain Seyfarth, i think he is decent depth and would be decent for culture.

Agree

In the short term ..: concerned where this season is headed .. obviously the finals were never happening before today ..: but are they going to keep putting in? still a couple of months to go and We have been here before
Can I assist? About the short term?

Luai can't attack. His stats in attack have always been shit. We were never making finals with that long haired yahoo, anime basement boy in our team.

Putting in? Why are you asking forum members? How would they know what the players are thinking? Go to a training session like all the other stalkers.

Honestly who gives a shit where he goes?

as long as his twirling around on the spot doesn't impact our attack, he can play for Magpies for all I care.
Honestly it's silly the angst on here with him leaving, it's a good thing, anyone would think an asteroid was about to hit Concord.

Best scenario is he leaves for a better player, please be a big ugly mean prop.

No one is saying it’s not a good thing. However you can be glad he’s gone but acknowledge it’s again, another bad look for the club. In isolation it’s fine. But it’s just another on the pile.

He was a headline signing. Helped us with a few bits and pieces and he did his job in that regard.

As for the rest, once you decide to leave 2 years early, it's difficult to have you around if you are not impacting games consistently. Would have loved Adam Reynolds for the last 2 years instead of Luai.

not sure many are shedding any tears … just that it makes this club continue to look line amateurs

Will we be looking back on this signing as a success in years to come ? 😂
