Sad but at the end of the day, all of those players are replaceable.

HBG have a lot to answer for. Both the early decision to appoint benji without experienced support, but more so their disruption that led to no choice but to extend him massively.

Benji would also be much better placed if Richo was still there

I think its the wrong decision to move Doueihi now, but his behaviour is untenable. Its now a lose-lose for the club:

Cave in and give him what he wants

Give him his release and go in short of experience and halves for next year.

Has to be option 2 - but its just so poor from Doueihi
 
Tbh if Doueihi was at lock and Luai at 6 javon would have 2 leaders either side of him.
What it exposes in douehi is his lack of team first mentality which if left in the side long term may be a drawback.
Whether Benji is right or wrong you’ve got to respect his position because it’s his job on the line if the losses pile up. The players don’t feel the brunt of it directly
 
There is a lot of optimism down south about the young Dragons forwards and prospects for next year. It is nice to listen to the upbeat mood of supporters and also their universal support for WTs to get out of our funk. I think there are a lot of goodwill toward our club.
 
So instead of signing Saukuru on a min wage contract, we let him go to play on a dev contract at another club? Mind-boggling our recruitment retention. If AD goes, and hearing Seyfarth and Twal backed AD, there could be 3 players leaving at the end of the year, not just AD. Benji's team selections have been poor... playing alot of players that are just not up to standard. AD shouldn't have acted like this; that's for sure, but it seems like benji has failed as a coach this year
