He has to demonstrate that he can kick, manage a game etc in order to be a 7. I'm not saying he can't or won't ( I sure hope he does) but he has to demonstrate that he can

He’s been demonstrating it each time he has played a full game at 7, with Javon at 6, in reserve grade. They’ve looked very good. It’s time to see the combination play in first grade .

Yep agree . The only evidence we have are 2 games in cup where he and Javon ran riot . You could look at that and be like “omg we are the next panthers “ like a maniac , or be more realistic and see how it looks against bettter opposition . I’m hopeful.

147 (80 cup, 67 nrl) but still insane. Especially with roughly an hours turnaround between cup ending and him being subbed on after Lucas’s injury. Definitely one we should look at, think KPP’s mates with him from his time at newy

Let’s just say the club didn’t extend Saukuru due to defensive deficiencies. I wonder how far the club has gone to provide him with 1-on-1 coaching to rectify it rather than just telling him to work on it?
