C'mon Tucker, you're not that silly. Richo was pushing and pulling as hard as he could to change our footy and social fabric as a club. That doesn’t mean he excelled here.
He did some good things, he did some poor things then left early.
He has played a role in the continued mediocre results.
Straight to VHS.I have the answer! Tigers can shift from being a football club to an entertainment franchise.
At the time I thought Maguire's Tales from Tigertown was a silly distraction that a struggling team didn't need.
Now I see the genius of it. Tales from Tigertown should be an ongoing series. Footy melodrama! Chairs kicked. Massive sprays. Coach sackings. Wooden spoons. False dawns. Boardroom strife. CEOs ousted. Tigers v Magpies boardroom battles. Agent skulduggery. Record thrashings. Player conflict and betrayals. Ripoff contracts. Battling internal factions in the team. Media scrutiny and pressure.
Each year, the promise of a new dawn but, like Gilligan's Island, as soon as success looks to be within reach, something will happen ... maybe a ratings winner? Maybe even a Hollywood movie!
Yes and noId say thats a statement that hes pissed off at being dragged into Douehis drama
That may be right but my point is Richardson gave up on us and that should not make him a martyr.C'mon Tucker, you're not that silly. Richo was pushing and pulling as hard as he could to change our footy and social fabric as a club.
Considering the issues we've had since Mielekamp took on the CEO role, all I can say is that he's a yes man, stooge appointment.
Or maybe the players simply aren't reaching potential because our culture from the top.Ok so change the ownership but leave the players and leave the coach and see how that turns out.
Regardless of whether you change owners the playing roster in particular and most likely the coach who selected them needs to be changed, they are simply not good enough.
Not known if Cleary would have gotten results, he was gone too fastThe last 2 coaches we had have won the last 5 comps and couldnt do anything with us. Its going to need much more than a change of coach to sort this mess out.
And if in doubt, juice em upFlanno would be great to work on all the basics of football he's an old West Boy tough and doesn't give up easy and can bounce ideas off and very honest
What I understand the drug was banned retrospectivelyI don't want a drug cheat. Plus, there will be the everpresent threat of his shit son joining us.
Flanagan is a 100% go guys.
Hi KyleFlanagan is a 100% go guys. He has a grinding style that we so much need. His results at the Dragons didn't look great from win/loss avenues, but as someone who watched them closely, they were always in each match and get more dud calls then any other club. I reckon they were hard done by in 6 games at least last year. They got dudded vs the dogs this year. Give him a few class players (that we actually do have and see). He brought that Dragons forward pack on well.
I am sorry but we have Heigno and Hodge as our assistants at the moment. Our attack looks like have never trained before, and we are our 50 points the worst defensive team in the competition.
Sorry...he should be a go. Would be a step up in what we have.Says who ? He is one of Isaac’s boys ,,, you think Benji is employing him ?

I have no idea if he is actually on the cards
Agreed. Admittedly, he made some key changes but on other side of the coin, the whole Galvin saga and the Rich Digital weren’t a great look. That may be right but my point is Richardson gave up on us and that should not make him a martyr.
He did some really poor things here.
Failed according to who? Some one with an agenda at Ashfield is my fearlol yes also the bears apologies
benji's contract does not impact salary cap
the 5 years was to bring stability its failed
What's stable about the club right now?Failed according to who? Some one with an agenda at Ashfield is my fear
Someone on the Douhei , Moses, HBG or but becuse even Kade 7s post have taken on an anti Benji bias of late, sux becuse it’s just more whitanting for an agenda that hursts the club yet again… Benji is the only person that can turn it around becuse he actually gives a damn a bout the club and not just using the club as a stepping stoneIssac Moses ..
At least he has had success before, hodgo and Morris are failed coaches with no successHe wasn’t at his last stop
