Only your last sentence is trueArthur Laundy is an old Balmain boy and has previously tried to take over Wests Ashfield. It didn’t work due to the Rozelle redevelopment, which the NSW Government screwed up.
Wests Ashfield are struggling. It’s evident when you walk into the club and look at the numbers.
The Laundys would be a smart step up for our club.
I agree. Very underrated & playing well. I don’t think AD will be here next year so he would have been perfect to help bring our young halves along for a year or 2we missed a player there
You can absolutely write into a players contract that they must look after their body throughout the season, keep in shape, eat well, not smoke. This vaping business is being blown out of proportion, as long as they aren't doing it at training and in club gear theres nothing anyone can do. People will do what people do in their private lives we can't control that. Similarly with guys doing rec drugs we all know its rampant everyone who has been out and seen players at clubs ect knows what goes on as do the clubs.
That being said if they are vaping, smoking doing lines or drinking at work they should be sacked/reprimanded depending on the severity. Same rules that apply to any work place apply to them, and if they are vaping and or smoking don't sign them in the first place as they are taking their job as an athlete seriously.
Any tobacconist that sells vapes will be permanently shut down. Vapes are highly dangerous and illegalJust like illegal cigarettes, they're at every tobacconist.
I'd settle for a decent actual half-back instead of a plethora of left-sided 5/8s. Latu & Javon are not right-sided half-backs. Even I know that and I've got two left feet.3 French hens, 2 turtle doves.
Talent, but I assume they saw what life was like when they aren’t pro players and decided to try their ass off and give everything for the jerseyWhy is that May had two years out came back to nrl side after a couple of games in cup and Herbet had three years out and did the same so whats so different with these blokes
Laffer Curve in action.Any tobacconist that sells vapes will be permanently shut down. Vapes are highly dangerous and illegal
No .the staunch guys have me baffled how their still in business ,they are just holding on by decent folk that refuse to buy illegal goods and lottery tickets- its all on the government for taxing the product to the hilt and looking down on the commoners ,good hard working people that fluff their pillows and perks for them, they did it with the alcohol tax awhile ago ,vehicles . Just keep taxing the working class .Just like illegal cigarettes, they're at every tobacconist.
If they are smoking it indoors at the gym that is illegalLaffer Curve in action.
They shut the shopfront, and the trade just moves to the car park out the back. You can't legislate away a black market once it's been created. The government helped create this beast, and now it's finding out how hard it is to put it back in the cage.
$11 is for the top shelf.Illegal smokes are as cheap as $11 a packet for 25 , at the servo 2day winny reds 20 pack $58.75.
Filthy product but the economics are simple
its funny even the cheap rip offs are being ripped of .$11 is for the top shelf.
$7 for the chinese double happiness brand.
Alcohol and cigarette tax is a joke, they wouldn't need to tax as much as they do if they legalised and taxed weed, I'm surprised we're not like the USA where they tax players for pokie wins if you win more than a certain amountNo .the staunch guys have me baffled how their still in business ,they are just holding on by decent folk that refuse to buy illegal goods and lottery tickets- its all on the government for taxing the product to the hilt and looking down on the commoners ,good hard working people that fluff their pillows and perks for them, they did it with the alcohol tax awhile ago ,vehicles . Nothing that the elite purchase.
Over tax vegemite and the sherpers will be climbing over each other to invade our shores for a few peso.
Rant just about over , anybody notice how superior doctors think they are now a days
Do your sums on how many packets fit into a shipping container and listen to how customs say they only inspect about 7 %.Pablo Escobar eat your heart out .$11 is for the top shelf.

I like and think its about the only Australian thing left about us is that the government doesn;t tax our stupid luckAlcohol and cigarette tax is a joke, they wouldn't need to tax as much as they do if they legalised and taxed weed, I'm surprised we're not like the USA where they tax players for pokie wins if you win more than a certain amount
