@BlackWhiteGold What's the go with Taateo B does he have it in him to be a useful forward, last time I seen him play looked like there was a generous tyre around his guts.

I think he has the potential to be an NRL level depth middle in time as he does bring impact & energy off the bench. He is ok defensively but a few times this season he has been poor in stopping an opposition middle from scoring on our line in Cup. Unfortunately that doesn't cut it in the NRL so he's still got areas to work on imo.@BlackWhiteGold What's the go with Taateo B does he have it in him to be a useful forward, last time I seen him play looked like there was a generous tyre around his guts.
Hi BWG, I have to say i really enjoy your posts about our next generation players. There is always talk of Pole's younger brother and how we would love to see him come to WT...have you seen much of him? and if so, how does he rate compared to the young guys we have coming through?I think he has the potential to be an NRL level depth middle in time as he does bring impact & energy off the bench. I rate Vaka Aho above him & probably the next middle in any of our grades ready for NRL.
Seen bits'n pieces @TheEnz not enough to really give a valid opinion.Hi BWG, I have to say i really enjoy your posts about our next generation players. It always astounds me that we have a massive nursery in the southwest and seem to only focus on the runts of the litter when it comes to forwards. I would love to see the stats one day of players in the NRL that hail from our nursery area, as i believe all the good ones are being poached before they even hit our pathways.Seen bits'n pieces @TheEnz not enough to really give a valid opinion.
But he does possess height & strength through contact, a combo we lack in our club. Can't comment on his lateral movement & effort areas but if he's been in the Storm system, he's been given a good grounding.
Can't get my head around this either law of averages and all that, maybe they are getting poached and it's so embarrassing it's quickly swept under the carpet. It always astounds me that we have a massive nursery in the southwest and seem to only focus on the runts of the litter when it comes to forwards. Yes both are very good prospects if they developed properly, Aho deserve first crack, Taateo needs to prove he wants it.I think he has the potential to be an NRL level depth middle in time as he does bring impact & energy off the bench. Problem we have other clubs very active in the South West Nursery including Ruby UnionIt always astounds me that we have a massive nursery in the southwest and seem to only focus on the runts of the litter when it comes to forwards. Same, thanks so why is no one tipping us v the Cows,?They had enough impact against the Roosters. Pole, Bunty and May.
I just hope May can run at the defence like last week, and not dawdle and turn?
We need all props to be strong, not just two.
I think Bunty is underestimated compared to Hunt's minimal contribution.
Manly & the Chooks have been poaching them for years. It always astounds me that we have a massive nursery in the southwest and seem to only focus on the runts of the litter when it comes to forwards. Because we don’t trust that they can back it up?Same, thanks so why is no one tipping us v the Cows,?
It’s the same deal as last week, ?
Actually more in our favour
Letting the Clarke bros (cooper and zack) was a very bad decision by the look of it… apparently we just passed on them completely? Is that the true story is anyone aware of?It always astounds me that we have a massive nursery in the southwest and seem to only focus on the runts of the litter when it comes to forwards.
