We are currently at 24 players in top 30 & 5 players on Dev deals for 2027 (provided CTM & Godinet are Devs). So we have room for 6 + 1.

Here are the 6 players I'd personally try to sign. All are off contract barring Nsemba. We'd need to pay Wigan a transfer fee and then hope KPP has a spare room at his house 😉

Tyson Frizell
Junior Nsemba
Adam Elliott
Tim Johannsen (averaged 145m per game in NSW Cup this year, playing most weeks off the bench.)
Isaiah Tass
Haze Dunster

4 need to be forwards

We lack size up front every year.

Didn’t they go after Latrell super hard the last time … and there was a lot of speculation he was going to actually come here ? I’m sure they will tell us what a good mentor he will be for the young guys like Makasini

Yes, Latrell didn't want the pressure of expectations of being the man to go to at WT.

Latu at 7 and Brooks at 6 would be a good set up as both can defend , Brooks does have a strong running game and kicks well just those 2 jobs done well would help and let Latu just play his crafty game ,

Brooks at 32 coming off an ACL with a limited to no pre season is a more dog shit idea than bringing Latrell here.

players with his level of talent learn very quickly.

you only have to look at Casey McLean at Penrith and his turnaround there. labelled a defensive liability, too young and far too green up until about 12 months ago when he magically turned a corner.

don’t be surprised if Heamasi does something similar.
