For those that haven’t , you need to watch the reserve grade games where Latu played middle / 7 and Javon played 6, predominantly left but set one up on the right.
They weee sublime together and their combined kicking game was surprisingly good.
I know it was Reggie’s but they killed it and in my mind they’ll convert it to firsts next season . Both too good not too

Yeh javon defence in first grade ruined that for me

This conversation started because you accused people of not knowing the full story and presenting it as fact.

I pointed out thats exactly what you did with Richo; you made false claims and statements you swore would all come out for everyone to see.

Now you're twisting it into a debate about who likes Richo or not.

No twist, I don’t rate him.
Very interesting that no other club has hired him.

The guy is 195cm 100kg . For me at that size , if you can’t defend 1 position in , then the juice is not worth the squeeze .
Thats simply not a good enough argument , as anyone with any football knowledge can see he’s not quite dynamic enough for centre , doesn’t have the necessary ball skills for halves , and isn’t fast enough for fullback . Which leaves edge back row , if he wants the ball in scoring positions or lock if he wants to have a say on dictating the play .
I honestly don’t understand the counter argument . Its nrl .

But the absolute devastation of finding out Tones and I not performing Dance Monkey at the GF has left me grief stricken

Douehei should not be at the club ......his only consistent strengths are his kicks for touch and goalkicking

He has already come out and denied that was the reason.
We sure have a lot of fans who love making assumptions without really knowing the backstory to what they are commenting on.
We tried having a defensive minded team with no speed or attacking ability somewhere around 2018.
The season I am talking about saw us play some of the most boring rugby league ever seen, surely you don’t want a repeat of that?

The first 6 weeks of 2018 was the closest I've seen to us being a top quality side

You fix the defence first and then start on the attack

So Douehei has past form of telling a coach he would rather play in Reggie's than play another position

Or is Noddy lying as well as Cleary , Bellamy and Robjnson not knowing how to coach

At this rate you'll blast every NRL coach by the end of the week

Adam Doueihi did play well in those game as a footballer, as an individual footballer. He did not play well in those games as a 7, a 7 that needs to compliment everyone around him, a 7 that kicks well, a 7 that game manages and controls tempo, a 7 that plays straight. He failed at all the key things a 7 needs to bring to a team. Failed miserably. When he tucks the ball under his arm and runs hard he is great.

The Doueihi chat is useful. It’s genuinely sorts the forum into two groups. One group gets the role of a 7. The other group, simply put, don’t get the role.

There is no way that Benji goes into next season with Doueihi as 7… zero, none, nope, let it go, won’t happen. Madden will play 7 over Doueihi. Seeing Latu create at 6 in the final game gives me hope that it could even work ‘okay’
