You’d think we lost peak Jonah Lomu the way some of you are talking about Skelton. He’s okay, but he’s not a star. He’ll be a fringe first grader back at the Dogs too. Only a one year contract, which is what fringe first graders get.

Yep only played 40 mins all year

I think Junior Tupou (although he came in mid-season) is our Skelton moving forward with Turuva on the other wing. Then it's up to Big Mak to displace Tupou. Hopefully we are still in for another depth outside back that brings speed, some experience & x-factor at a low cost (Schiller).

I never thought I would have said this but Junior was ok when he came back, he was actually catching bombs and doing ok for yardage, he was the least of our problems I thought.

Turuva's best is much better than Skelton in my opinion. His early season form was great. If he can maintain that he is a very good winger for us. I think the continued losses got to him. He is a big upbeat personality that plays his best when up. I think his dip was more to do with the team wearing his enthusiasm down

I'd be happier if Schiller/Chris was coming in for Skelton, we were assembling some depth in the outside backs now it feels a little short, guess there's still time, bit of a murmur one of the Tago's as well could cover the loss.
