Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

It’s only February but already one club CEO is under immense pressure to retain his position.

This bloke loves to shoot his mouth off in the media and can’t get enough of seeing his name in the paper.

The only problem is he often goes off before acceptances and has failed to deliver on other big ticket items.

The club’s board would love to see more action than words in coming months.

Who could this be ????

Anyone of 16 I can think of.

Some of them are practically brand new CEOs - Cronulla, Canterbury, Warriors and Manly, so I don't imagine it's any of those clubs. I would've said Doust because he's a constant mouth in the media, but he is retiring at the end of the year anyway. So could be anyone out of the remaining clubs, tho I think the Roosters, Storm & Cowboy's bosses would be safe - that narrows it down somewhat.

Is this rothfield stirring up crap, not to much to report in the off season. Its a wonder the drunk didn’t say it was Pascoe. Seeing he loves the tigers.

BuZz is reporting that Jesse Ramien has signed with the Newcastle Knights for 2019 and beyond.

He’s never wrong on the Sharks. Good signing by the Knights they are building nicely. Coaching is going to be their issue.

Nothing that a good slap to the face won't fix.

Cronulla have some good young outside backs, they need to see a pathway or they will move on. Parramatta similar

It's pretty well known the coach likes experienced starters. JAC, Curtis Scott, Jesse Ramien and young Dylan Smith are a few good young players to find opportunities elsewhere. They have Aust Schools Centre who played with Dylan Smith who by all reports is pretty special. I'd suggest between Aaron Gray and this young player, they are well covered at centre/wing.

So who or what is "game changing" signing we are supposed to have that someone in here informed us about ??
I think that person gave a us a cryptic clue by say "I told give away half clues" .. maybe meaning its a HALF ??
Some people say its Ben Barba, but then others have said "he's NOT coming to us"
Whoever posted the original post please tell us who it is and their source.
Thanks.

Think it’s been established that that thread was a load of crap.

You may be referring to Bronson Xerri. Think he is only 17.
