I heard Gould putting out a bushfire on a Trent Barrett rumour. He said that Manly don't have the salary cap to buy or to retain players off contract. Brian Kelly?

Yet they just signed Elgey who was said to be on 600k a year at the Titans.

Pretty safe to say he'd be on a whole lot less than that now given his form over the last 18 months.

Maybe, but he was signed to play in the spine for NRL.

Last I heard was that is all but dead in the water. Things looked good till Manly activated year option for 2019\. Was trying to negotiate a release but Manly wouldn’t budge. Unless something drastically changes he’ll stay at Manly.

Cheers Pom, had a bit of hope McQueen would go alright, but it just didn't happen, wish him well where ever he goes(NQ), he played almost every game so far this year, except when he was 18th man.
