Looks like douehi is headed to roosters

Yep article about that this morning. Melbourne and Canberra also interested. Doueihi and his family are ‘less than impressed with how the Tigers have baulked at paying the money the Rabbitohs wanted to secure his release’

I didn’t see the article but apparently spat the dummy this morning and quit.

my contact is on the wests board and to correct you balmain boy he was pretty accurate come monday morning last weeknwhen I posted no chance of Douhei coming hear.
i think what happens is offers are made at a certain figure and then in souths case when they didnt budge the deal was off so when he told me on the saturday thebdeal was a goer and then when souths didnt budge it was gone.
i for one read the forum and enjoy the mail that woke pom and others give as yes it might not always be accurate as things do change but without it we are equally as blind.

If Doueihi wants to take the coin elsewhere, sayonara.

We're haemorrhaging cap money on broken down and out-of-position halves at the moment and he's no better than what we have at fullback.

It would have been good to have him but if it's not at value then he can go elsewhere.

Oh boo hoo Douehi family. It's not our fault you aren't happy with the situation your sons manager and South's have put him in. We are offering your son an opportunity at a price that reflects where his career is at. Move on WTs.

They can spit dummies all they like, if Souths wouldnt budge and nor would he they shouldnt be blaming us for Souths ridiculous contract. Dont get me wrong i would have liked him he could be a superstar, he could be the one that got away but he might not be also.

But that’s the skill set of an accomplished recruiter is it not? To be able to determine whether he’s a future star or overrated. Sure there’s going to be an element of gamble but the good recruiters would see something and say ‘he’s worth paying a little bit more for.’ Just a thought

the reason why Douhie family is filthy as it was a done deal saturday and everyone expected the good old tigers to roll over and pay souths whatever they wanted for a release. Then is didnt go the way they wanted and tigers dug heels in aroundnmain and it is tantrum throwing time. see ya matey no big loss guys

Why are we always the bad guys? Pretty obvious the negative agenda that the media are running against us

But its the reverse as well, maybe they don't see the future star. There are areas where I have large concerns with signing Doueihi!

Yep for sure. Equally as important is they pass when they don’t see it. I suppose the skill is knowing which way to go. I have no real opinion on Doueihi, luckily I’m not a recruiter!!?

I have found him to be less than impressive and would pass at his current salary cost!

AD got very lucky, in just a few days his demand went through the roof, both the Chooks and the Raiders out of the blue needed a centre. We probably would have eventually got Souths to come to the party if it was not for the events of the last week

Gawd..Mikaele, Aloiai, Garner and Twal all stay ahead of Momirovski for me..

Yeah I would agree with that, but that's not saying much. That's 3 starting forwards and the first pick off the bench...I prefer Momirovski to Doueihi as a centre and I prefer Momirovski to Doueihi in terms of value on the books.
