Mbye is a very good footballer and we should all get on board with him as he co leads us forward this year madge has a lot of faith in this guy and he is a current state of origin player not his fault that he is on top dollar as packer and co,I think this year we may surprise a few people as we have a lot off very good young players in our system.

I think everyone keep talking about Mbye because of his salary and the expectations that come with it.. If he was on 400-500k everyone would be saying he is a great player that can cover a few positions and would be happy to resign him after his contract..

I for one think he is a very good player but not a top dollar player.
Its not his fault he got a great deal and paid overs as we would all take the money if offered ourselves ..

What he does bring to the club is not just on field as he is a player that is never in trouble off the field, very polite mannered and represents the Club to the highest level.

Mbye killed it at fullback for us when he first joined the club, he was one of the best for those 9 games. Don’t know why he struggled there last year but I rated him at centre, strong in defence, ran hard, good passing and hits holes.

I hope the Grant deal happens so he’s not stuck in another new position at hooker

It is better than him having a role with the NRL. He always sounds so certain, no matter how many times he is wrong.

Mbye was fantastic for us before his injury, so here’s hoping his recovered his full fitness leading into round 1...

He also lead us in defensive aggression when he was fit, even playing in an unusual position.
