Sirro

Was about to post the same, but i am struggling to understand what his position actually is, I don't see him a a second row, tackling machine type, but could develop into a David Brooks type (for those that remember him..)

It was pretty obvious he didnt play 7 tonight… He is a gutsy kid though, but I still cant work out where he is best suited short term?!

He's a second rower like his old man End of story Not even a lock

Potter MUST switch Blair back to lock ,he was going pretty well there and getting involved ,moved him back to the second row and he does nothing

Yep, put him in NSW Cup at 13 or 11/12\. Bring him up in 3-4 weeks.

Been saying it for weeks; everyone has.

was first reciever most of first half
didnt watch 2nd

I eventually see him as our new Simon Dwyer. Tall and rangy he can hit a hole. I'd actually move him to centre and drop Simona at the moment.

Sirro has to play wider, I agree he has good ball skills, but he's not a 7 that's for sure.

Spot on. Needs to be in the backrow from now on. He is dangerous close to the line halfway between the sticks and the sideline. He crosses the line there frequently.

Me too,he is no half or 5/8th,centre then into the secondrow for him,get Brooks in at 7

but Benji plays 7… We need a 5/8 who will create something.

Dwyer was ten times the player of Sirro. Curtis is a protected species on this forum. Does nothing week after week but somehow escapes criticism. He will soon have a new nickname - the Myth.

Lol Sironen certainly isn't a halfback but he's a good young talent. He's certainly a running player though. To the back row with you!

i think u all are been kind to the kid. he has done nothing, he is not a halfs player and he is not tought enought to be a forward. he is another that will not amount to anything.

Yep. Has shown nothing at all. He isnt a half, would be useless in the centers and is a long way off securing a back row spot. Back to the drawing board for young Sirro….

Starting to think he is one of those kids that looks so good at junior level because he is bigger and stronger than everyone else but put him in first grade and he's nothing special. He certainly isn't a half or five eighth: no kicking game, not a creative bone in his body.

Would he be so highly rated if his surname wasn't Sironen?
