Western Suburbs is delighted to announce the return to the black and white fold of two Magpie greats!

**John Skandalis will return to the club to assist our new Ron Massey Cup coach Nathan Waters in preparing the team for the 2015 season**. Skando is currently finalising his exact role with the Wests Tigers and will be around the nest assisting Magic to prepare the boys for a mammoth 2015 campaign.

Meanwhile, the last man to captain a Western Suburbs team to a premiership, our 2002 SG Ball skipper **Liam Fulton, is returning to assist in coaching the next generation of Wests champions in our junior representative ranks.\
\
He will assist with both our Harold Matthews and SG Ball squads**, forming part of a dynamic and young coaching core to be overseen by Leo Epifania.

We welcome Skando and Fults back to the nest, and look forward to some stellar efforts from the Magpies in all four grades in 2015!

That's great news for Wests with a couple of very well renowned juniors giving back to the club.

Yer good to see. Are these paid positions. Surely Liam is still receiving some coin from us re contract

Liam is still being paid out contract by WT. (highest paid non player). Skando is not on contract.

Both will share time between WT & WSM

If Rugby League is a great game, its a great game because of people like Liam Fulton.

Modest, loyal to the bone and always has time for his people.

Always ready to take on any task, take on any opposition with every fibre of his being, there is no more popular figure around the club than Liam Fulton. He gave us everything, in every game he played and he paid for it.

If anyone has paid a price for success it's him, and I wish him well in his coaching career if that is what he chooses.

A premiership-winning Wests Tigers team coached by Liam…. that would be something we'd all love to see!

Really good to see …...... Skando and Liam will go down as two of the Wests Tigers favourite sons. Its great to see them still involved in the game.
