I haven't seen a replay but from first viewing I think Billy may be missing this week. I think the fact he split Pearce open means he won't escape without a charge.

They're already missing Widdop, and with no Slater and us playing at home, we're not going to get a better chance of beating them.

I remember that, was at Leichhardt round 4 2006, Slater got suspended for 7 games for kicking Skando!

From this article, the match review committee deemed his elbow 'accidental'… So I'm guessing to charge at all... Typical 'untouchable' slater!

Reminded me of his cowardly scamper away from Skandalis at Leichhardt.

He and the woman basher are the only Derpland players I have any real issue with

Slater has lost a lot of speed I noticed last night , might be the last series he plays SOO for Qld

If you're face down and someone is all over you, it's called a tackle. You are expected to take the tackle, get up and play the ball. Not elbow the bloke in the face.

Yep. What a disgrace! Forget the fact we play Melbourne on Saturday. But how on earth do they decide Billy had no case to answer?? He forcefully lifted his elbow to strike Mitchell Pearce in the head. He knew what he was doing. It was just another in a career of cheap, unprovoked shots by Slater. I'm so sick the game protecting its star players when it comes to foul play. If that had been Merritt or Woods, they would've been suspended 100%.
