It is the coaches job to get players up for a game, everyone knew Cowboys would be up for it and our coaches should have used that and Cowboy's Old Boys week as extra motivation. Both teams started well, so I don't think revenge is worth a 126 point turnaround.

I’m not a brooks fan as a half, but a few in this thread seem to forget brooks played in a memorable game against the bulldogs when we got absolutely flogged. Brooks didn’t help that day. And there is a big difference between that bulldogs side and the cows roster tonite.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this all started with Joffa getting shafted by the club. We won his last game by 48. Haven’t won since.
Compounded with the injuries to Api and Brooks, as well as the rift between admin and footy department, plus losing Brooks…not a happy camp.
This loss should see the Fainu boys stay away, a mercenary like Bateman putting out feelers and our pack as a whole question what the hell this joint is all about. Our coaching staff misled them all off season.

Brooks and API wouldn’t have made a lick of difference. We only had 37% possession and completed only 50% of that.
Cows were prepared and we weren’t. Our mob did fist all over their “break”.
Your last sentence I agree with and I wouldn’t be surprised if this loss triggers some off field crap in coming weeks.
