Not at all, but I think it will take more than one season to fix what Madge has done. We’re in a bit of a mess. It’s why who we sign as assistants is so important

I don't think Madge has created a mess. I think we are in a much better position than when Cleary left.

The problem is not being a mess and developing a top team are two very different things. I don't think we are a mess and if we recruit correctly and have the right support (which includes coaching) around them we can improve. I don't know if Madge is the right person to be head coach. I think the jury is out on that.

The review found that our coach's appointments as assistants were the major problem did it not? As such, if the side improves markedly in 2022, it stands to reason that the incoming appointments will have had a substantial influence on that result.
