Doesn’t always work like that. Turkey probably have some higher rated players than Paraguay (as they did compared to us).

However we scored some great goals on the counter today which may not be possible against USA and Paraguay who will okay a different style

Turkey had players from Real Madrid and Inter Milan, probably more value than our entire squad but we play a very tough style, they really struggled to make shots inside our box

I thought it was our work off and behind the ball today that gave us the chance to get the goals. Soutar and Burgess very solid, obviously have had the Poppa touch applied to their play and positioning.
Great start, now we must build on that with at least a point v USA.
