For the Poms out there:

Imagine facing this front three:

Erling Haaland β€” born in Leeds, West Yorkshire
Michael Olise β€” born in White City, Greater London
Antoine Semenyo β€” born in Chelsea, London

All three were born in England, but chose to represent different nations
Now all three are 𝗒𝗑 π—™π—œπ—₯π—˜ at this World Cup and winning Player of the Match awards
They really might have brought it home…

Prior to the Croatia/Ghana match, Scotland had been hanging on the barest of hopes of maybe a progression to the next stage.

Those chances of getting through to the next round of the World Cup were then 0.07%.
Ghana need to beat Croatia by 3 or more goals or that’s finally it.
And now the result is in and Croatia won - the Scots hopes dashed.

Not even James Bond could escape this World Cup trap door.

Scotland's World Cup journey comes to an end in the group stages ......
And their Manager, Steve Clarke has stepped down following Scotland’s exit from the World Cup.

(Clarke is the most-capped Scotland Men’s National Team Head Coach., the first Head Coach to lead Scotland to three major tournaments and led the Tartan Army return to the World Cup after 28 years.)
