We will have a good prop rotation on the bench then, i was really impressed with Brown (bench as well) a couple of weeks ago. It's going to be tough against the Dogs this week, but if they can complete their sets & aren't ill disciplined, were half a chance. Will be a big boost having Koroibete back :smiley:
 
Great player, reminds me of a younger Ritchie Fa'aoso. I think he has been benched for impact as the Dogs have some big boys in there pack.
 
Was disappointed with Kyle in the Roosters game on TV but he impressed me when I saw him earlier in the year.

Maybe he is trying too hard. Is his preferred position a second rower? Think he would be devastating in the centers.
 
How's Joel Luani progressing, watched him come through the Balmain jnr reps and he starred at number 8 in a champion Newington rugby team … But don't hear his name mentioned much ?
 
Paasi is an impact player, short but powerfully built with good leg speed. I liken him to a young Fui Fui Moi Moi. He has been a bit hit and miss this year and Fotuaika is definitely the better prospect as he is more damaging and has a better motor.
 
He was good without being a standout. Only got one stint in the middle of the game from what I noticed but he is the one Tigers forward that NEVER gets dominated,he is just way way too strong for the NYC. He hits like a nightmare and if other players were more willing to take him on he would be more noticed. Yes, I mean that the opposition actually run away from him and it means he has less of an impact in a game. When you watch him closely you notice that he always has to run across the field to catch up to other players to belt them lol. He is ALL first grader imo. The Tigers NYC forwards are hugely underrated. Brown is a workhorse like a Gibbs. Fotuiaka is a front rower with amazing agility, ball skills and even a burst of speed (not to mention strong as an ox) and would fit in beautifully in the Dogs pack. Passi is just an absolute animal and will go on to be a first grade hitman. Future is in the backrow as a player to haunt the nightmares of backs. The rest of the forwards were excellent too.

The funny thing about this NYC side is that there are really no players in the side that are dead certs to go on with it except Koro. A lot of them are the sort of guys you could imagine getting a taste and slaying it but it could go either way with a lot of them. I reckon quite a few of them will crack the top grade after a few seasons of NSW cup at other clubs ala your Matty Ryans and Andrew Everinghams. One thing is for sure though, we really don't need to sign any props. Fotuiaka, Brown and Passi would all handle first grade in 2013 handily imo.
 
Disagree on Brown and Passi handling FG in 2013\. Happy to be proven wrong, but Fotuaika is the standout prop in the Tigers NYC.

Sorry Willow, have to disagree with you on both Brown and Passi. Brown was the best player on the field against the Roosters a couple of weeks ago and was good again last night. When that Passi gets some steam up, boy is he a handful. Is big, fast and can offload. Time will tell I guess.
 
IMHO, Santi and Brown shall be given a chance next year, both will be more than adequate replacements for CW and Cashmere.

100 % agree on that i did however rate our prop no 8 forget his name was hard to stop and good drive
