NSW’s bench was terrific. Finucane, Brown, Yeo and Paulo really dominated Queensland’s bench forwards for the period they were on.

Won’t get the love they deserve but they made a huge difference compared to last year plus the forward rotation was handled a lot better

Didn’t want QLD to win just thought they would. Given the dismal performance in game one and the fact that Cleary was still in there and centres who aren’t centres. I thought JAC was outstanding and should have got MOM.

Joey was on his knees in praise of Cleary, Ted etc even though the Blues were 20 points in front and the game was a non-event.
