Souths vs Canberra *SPOILERS*

Strange game. Raiders would be happy with the score at the moment given the first 25 was all Souths.
Marker not square? We'll see how evenly that rule is applied!!

Good leap from McQueen but what were the Canberra defenders doing? They should have been all over him. Ferguson was guilty of not watching the ball. If he was he could have wrapped McQueen up when he caught it.
Well 20-10 now and a more accurate reflection of the game so far.

Canberra just not good enough - too many basic errors. I think they may have played their GF last week. If they get a roll-on maybe they can mount some pressure but it doesn't look good.

Williams can't tackle. He must have missed 3 or 4 in that set alone.

26-10 with 25 to go.

Gus won't come out and say it, but you can hear it in his voice that he thinks they are over achievers

I am constantly impressed with Sam Williams. Love the way he is taking on the line. Scored/set up a try or two last week and scored off it again tonight. Has been effective with his kicking too, setting up the Earl try.
He's off contract at the end of 2013, but with Campese to return next year the Raiders may not be interested in keeping both Williams and Mcrone

He's okay in attack but his defence is woeful.

Meanwhile the Wallabies are getting well beaten… From the brief glimpses I've seen it looks an awful game.

6-19

Deans must be under a lot of pressure.

Well I'm a great judge, I thought the Raiders would cause an upset tonight lol. Glad Souths won though, don't mind seeing them up there after all these years. It makes a nice change. I would love to see them knock the dogs out 😛ray:
