LIVE GAME *SPOILERS* Round 2 vs Raiders

Live Game Discussion
We just have too many players that aren't first grade standard. You can cover one or two but not 3, 4 or 5.

Toa - the guy is old enough now to make a mark. He just doesn't. Its not like he is small, just lazy, poor attitude ( always waving arms whinging to the touchy or ref doing nothing) poor first contact and lives off one game against the Cowboys.

Seyfarth - Another that should be hitting his straps. But he was absolutely awful today. Piss poor defence, bugger all run metres and rubbish discipline. Gave at least two if not 3 six agains. At 25, surely his career is on the rocks.

Staines - Simply doesn't do enough. Started to find some form last year, but really hasn't come close after his injury. Needs to dig deep and find something or find another career.

Faatape - I don't want to write this guy off early and judge him on one game ( forget the trial), but i just dont think he is big enough or going to make it. Happy and hopeful to be proven wrong.

That's 3 or 4 straight up. It really says something that an 18 year old on debut and a 20 year old rookie forward are outshining their more experienced team mates.

All perfect players...

For NSW cup

I have always thought Klemm gets a charmed critique on here. Slow as including his play the balls, easy mark but his stats look good. Stef Klem and Twal all same style of player dont intimidate anyone. Liked seeing Stef lose his cool it needs to happen more often
Not from me he hasn't. I've been giving it to the stick figure imposter for a long time.
Pole and Stef should start.
Ipap Bateman and Fainu the backrow.

Klemmer off to the retirement home.

Tends to happen when you come last two years in a row,

Tupou didn't drop the ball today but he was barely involved.

Should be on the phone to the dolphins asap to see if we can get some kinda deal done.

I'd take a Tesi Niu instead.
For sure.
Both those guys do the bare minimum every game.
We seem to produce players who don't have the confidence to compete aggressively.
Galvin's the first guy in a long time to come in and play like he wants to win. He wants the ball.
The other imposters just want to blend in to the background and try to not make mistakes.

All our younger players coming through have shown more than the seasoned players. For the most part.

The likes of Bula, Pole and TDS and today's Galvin and Samuela.

They're the trumps.

The Sullivan's and the Staines have shown no desire or intent.

Agree about Tupou. He's a project player who may come good eventually but at no benefit to us. Let Redcliffe develop him.

However, Tesi Niu is not the answer for us. We need a proven first grader, not another fringe first grader who has more bad games than good.
